When Kano says something goofy and random like “do you think pegeons have feelings” or “ketchup is technically a smoothie” there’s a very thin line between Kido going “oh shit” and dorkily jumping into his pointless contemplations and just rolling her eyes or being like “Shuuya, it’s 2 am, please go to sleep”.
Bonus: Kano mostly prompts those silly contemplations purposely, just for this chance of getting Kido excitedly engaged in the discussion she finds interesting and seeing her all dorky.
